Nailed it.

Yesterday I spent the afternoon learning how to do a sock bun. Have you heard of these? Basically you cut the toe off a sock, roll the sock up like donut and then do this tricky wrapping maneuver on your hair and wrap it around the sock until it is a fabulous bun. It looks super easy on YouTube. Pinterest makes it look like a stunning feat of magic that would wow your friends and dazzle strangers. Yeah, it's not easy and my sock bun didn't dazzle and amaze anyone, including me.  

Then Pinterest assured me that if I slept in my sock bun I would wake up in the morning, take out the bun, shake out my lusterous curls and have beautiful princesss hair in 30 seconds or less. 

I couldn't wait to wake up this morning and be fabulous. After all, if Pinterest says so, it must be true right?!
